WOM U.K. Celebrates 25 Years with Significant Expansion

This year marks the 25th anniversary of WOM UK and what better way to celebrate than by taking a major step towards expansion with the grand opening of a new workshop and reception. The grand opening ceremony began with a scintillating performance by the “Bucksburn District Pipe” band to welcome Mr. Sudhir Puranik, who unveiled a plaque to commemorate the new St. Machar facility. The Puranik family was then given a tour of the new facility before commencing the gala dinner.

The celebrations continued throughout the day with Scottish songs played by Peter Taggard on the accordion accompanied by a drummer, and Billie-Louise’s demonstration of Highland dancing. The local primary school kids also took part in the event by performing two songs: “We are the Children from Riverbank School” and a rendering of “Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen”.

Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success! Congratulations to the WOM UK Team on reaching 25 years of operations, without your commitment and dedication as a team this would not be possible.
