"I began working for WOM in 1980 with a workforce of less than 10 employees under the leadership of a great boss, Sam Puranik. Now, in the company's 40th year, I am humbled and amazed at the transformation that the organization has undergone throughout the years. I am so proud to work for a company that values its employees the way WOM has. To personally see the company grow from its humble beginnings to employing over 2000 people with locations throughout the world, is inspiring. I am proud to work with so many talented, hard-working individuals that have made the company great. I wish for WOM's continued success."
"When Typhoon Yolanda ripped through the Philippines in early November of 2013, the region was exposed to one of the worst cyclones ever recorded. The destruction was widespread, with an incredible loss of life and property. WOM stepped in and set up a donation drive to help me and my loved ones cope with this tragedy. I am forever grateful to WOM and truly believe that I belong to a global family!”"
"My journey began unpretentious and as grateful as I could have asked for at W.O.M. The opportunity that was given to me was just that, an opportunity. The opportunity to grow and become a part of 30+ years journey. My “no problem, I can, we can, let’s do it” attitude was creation of the Puranik family virtues and perseverance. I take pride in their trust in me to deliver. Sam and his family continue to push me to always have answers, to never remain complacent and to always strive for excellence. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the opportunity. "
“My journey at WOM started in 1993 working in sales. After 26 years of hard work and great achievements, what motivated me to build a solid career in this company was the possibility to work closely with highly qualified people, in both engineering and business. From a company that started with 7 people and today employs 2500 people and the added investment in its staff, were the strengths that made me stay here for so many years. I am currently developing global projects that promote our brand, products and services, with the largest oil & gas companies in the market. It’s always a challenge but I know this is the fuel that keeps us alive and motivates us to grow more and more with WOM.”
“I started working with WOM just 6 months ago and being a recent Masters graduate, the biggest worry was the transition period from education to work. At WOM that transition was effortless because of the amazing Engineering team I work with. Every day I get to observe my knowledge getting transformed into something substantial. Inputs or new ideas are always welcomed and appreciated. Even though WOM is not one of the top competitors, it has the resilience to pass through the turmoil of the Oil & Gas industry. That’s why I am proud of being a part of WOMs extraordinary success.”
